REFUND POLICY

All deposits paid to secure a booking with Matcha Madness, A Pop-Up Cafe are non-refundable. By submitting a booking request and paying a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

In the event that Matcha Madness must cancel or reschedule your event due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be applied in full toward a rescheduled date of your choosing.
