Terms of service

By booking an experience with Matcha Madness, A Pop-Up Cafe, you agree to the following:

• A deposit is required to confirm and hold your booking date. This deposit is non-refundable.
• Final payment for your experience is due prior to or on the date of your event, as agreed upon during the booking confirmation process.
• Matcha Madness reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.
• All experiences are subject to availability. Dates are not confirmed until a deposit has been received and a confirmation has been sent by Matcha Madness.
• Matcha Madness, A Pop-Up Cafe is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur during an event beyond our reasonable control.
