The Matcha Madness Pop-Up Package

Bring the Matcha Madness experience to your event! The Matcha Madness Pop-Up Package brings our signature mobile matcha bar directly to your event. We arrive with a beautifully styled setup, a curated menu of handcrafted matcha beverages, and friendly barista service so your guests can enjoy a fresh, elevated matcha experience made right on-site.

Perfect for markets, festivals, corporate wellness events, community gatherings, resident events, private communities, brand activations, open houses, and more. This package is designed for events where guests purchase their own beverages directly from the Matcha Madness bar. For private celebrations where the host would like to provide beverages for their guests, we recommend exploring our hosted event experiences.

• Professional barista service from 1 Matcha Madness team member

Pricing & Duration:

• $150 Pop-Up Activation Fee (non-refundable and due in full to reserve your event date)
• 2-hour minimum service 
• Guests purchase beverages separately at $8 per beverage
• Additional service time is available for an additional fee of $50 hourly

Pop-Up service is intended for events where guests purchase beverages individually. Larger events may require additional staffing, service time, or a custom quote.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

The $150 activation fee is non-refundable once your event date is confirmed. If you need to cancel your event, the activation fee will be forfeited. If your event is postponed due to circumstances outside of your control, such as severe weather or an unforeseen situation, the $150 activation fee may be transferred to a new available booking date within a 30-day period from the original event date.

If Matcha Madness must cancel your pop-up, we will provide at least 3 days' notice whenever reasonably possible. Your $150 activation fee may be transferred in full to another available booking date within a 30-day period from the original event date.

All rescheduled dates are subject to availability.
