Cancellation & Rescheduling:

The $500 deposit fee is non-refundable once your event date is confirmed. If you need to cancel your event, the deposit will be forfeited. If your event is postponed due to circumstances outside of your control, such as severe weather or an unforeseen situation, the $500 non-refundable deposit may be transferred to a new available booking date within a 30-day period from the original event date.

If Matcha Madness must cancel your event, we will provide at least 3 days' notice whenever reasonably possible. Your $500 deposit may be transferred in full to another available booking date within a 30-day period from the original event date.

All rescheduled dates are subject to availability.
